It’s in a 3PL cold storage facility in Boston area. To recap, coming from a huge plant that makes prepared entrees, side dishes, pot pies, quiches, etc. is looking to move the following due to SKU consolidation earlier this year (they are culling the number of finished items produced). Feather Shredded Hickory Smoked Mild Colored Cheddar Cheese - FROZEN 1. 37,260 lbs packed 2/15 lb (net 30 lb) cases 2. Produced by Arthur Schuman in Sept & Oct 2024 (COA for one of the lots attached). Schuman only gives a 90 day shelf if refrigerated (the 90 day use by date is notated on both the inner 15 lb bag as well as the case label). Our customer immediately freezes the cheese upon receipt at their 3PL cold storage facility which extends shelf life to one year. These lots are now past the one year frozen recommended shelf life.
