Product was heading to a Hy-Vee. The cargo was trans loaded to a new reefer on site, it was in the 30’s at the accident, so there is no temp issues. Cases will be beat up from the accident, most of the cargo was saved so there is minimal loss. All product produced by Winona Foods Mild Cheddar, ¾ inch cubed 255 cases – packed 4/5 lb bags Pepper Jack, ¾ inch cubed 170 cases – packed 4/5 lb bags Colby Jack, ¾ inch cubed 340 cases – packed 4/5 lb bags Colby Monterey Jack, Feather Shredded 510 cases – packed 4/5 lb bags Mild Cheddar, Fancy Shredded 850 cases – packed 4/5 lb bags Cargo is on a running reefer in Wisconsin at the correct temperature.
